NYT Wordle today — answer and my hints for game #1330, Saturday, February 8
NYT average score: 3.6 ST is the most common starting combination in the game and E is both the most common letter overall, and most likely to be repeated. So it's no surprise to me that STEEP has a low average score of 3.6.
I began with my usual start word of ORATE which contains all five of the most common Wordle letters. Today, it turned both 'A' and 'T' green, leaving just the right answer as mentioned above.
