The Paris AI Action Summit comes weeks after Chinese AI startup DeepSeek’s cost-efficient LLMs sent shock waves across the tech industry.

Vice President JD Vance will attend a two-day summit on artificial intelligence in Paris next week, a French official said anonymously on Tuesday.
