Harris County authorities are investigating after man was shot and killed while trying to force entry into his ex-girlfriend's home.

Mauricio Cruz appeared Jan. 31 in the 140th District Court and pleaded guilty to a count of sexual assault of a child.

Martin was arrested by the UCSO and booked into the Upshur County Jail for aggravated assault with a deadly weapon. His bond was set at $100,000. The student has been released form the hospital. CBS19 ...
