Coast Guard responds to diesel spill in Salmon Bay, assessing impact near Ballard Locks after strong odor detected.

The locks are free to visit daily from 7 a.m. to 9 p.m. and are located in northwest Seattle's Ballard district, north of downtown and about 6 miles west of the University of Washington.
