The Minnesota Department of Public Safety will pay increased attention to distracted driving in April as part of a month long campaign to lower hands-free violations in the state.
The proposal comes less than a year after a WCCO investigation into tracing crime guns through the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives' National Tracing Center.
