You now have your original file dumpfilename.sql that you can import into your database. To begin the import process, use the command: mysql -u [username] -p [database_name] < [dumpfilename.sql] ...
Click the "Export" tab. Uncheck the "Save as File" box in the lower left corner of the application window, and then click "Go" in the lower right section of the window to export the database.
