American hip-hop star Nelly brings his Country Grammar to Vancouver with co-headliner, rapper Ja-Rule, on Thursday, April 24.

The 50-date "Where The Party At Tour" will hit four continents and feature support from Eve, St. Lunatics, Fabolous, Jermaine Dupri, Chingy & others.
