A house in Lakewood that sold for $1.5 million tops the list of the most expensive residential real estate sales in Lakewood area in the past week.

Lakewood Ranch’s highest-priced sale thus far in 2025 closed in mid-April, a six-bedroom, eight-bathroom home built in 2022 in The Country Club enclave of Portmarnock. It sold for $5.9 million.
