Kendrick Lamar took the stage at Super Bowl LIX for the halftime show and promptly laid waste to Drake. While it was an interesting show, particularly considering the whole “Not Like Us,” angle, it also marked the continuatin of a more than two-decade streak of country music acts being shut out of the lead spot at halftime of the big game.

With Super Bowl LIX set for Sunday, Feb. 9, millions of people around the world will tune in to watch the Kansas City Chiefs take on the Philadelphia Eagles for a chance to win the coveted Vince Lombardi Trophy.
