Kyle Larson breaks the “B” streak and wins in Homestead-Miami Speedway. After the NASCAR Cup Series season started with five races won by a driver whose last name started with the letter B, Larson spoiled the streak by passing teammate Alex Bowman coming to six laps left.

Kyle Larson said Sunday’s win at Homestead-Miami Speedway was “one of the coolest” of his NASCAR Cup Series career. And at least on the surface, that seems odd.

Series title was not the original plan, but it's part of a chain of events that has led to his status as a Cup winner.
