The private equity firm secured a final close of Oakley Capital Fund VI at its hard cap, which is around 58% larger than its predecessor vehicle, according to a statement reviewed by Bloomberg News.

Oakley Capital has closed its sixth flagship fund at its €4.5bn hard cap. The London-based private equity firm has wrapped up the vehicle six months after the fundraise was launched in September 2024.
