Three weeks after a medical jet crashed into a Northeast Philadelphia neighborhood, the small businesses near the crash site are struggling to recover from the heartbreaking event.

Officials in Philadelphia announced charges against twelve individuals for their roles in several incidents across the city, including one homicide and a dozen non-fatal shootings.
