Clinton Bonnell's disappearance is now a murder investigation after his remains were found in a Cumberland County pond.
That driver, two sources confirmed to Los Angeles, is an active-duty Green Beret Matthew Livelsberger, 37, who was on leave from a base in Germany and is from Colorado Springs.
