GRAND HAVEN, MI - An elementary school in Grand Haven will close and become a nature-based early learning center, starting as soon as this fall. The closure of Mary A. White Elementary School was approved in a 5-2 vote by the Grand Haven Area Public Schools Board of Education Monday night.
