Philadelphia has opened 20 new warming centers for people who need them during the city's Code Blue emergency.While the snow has moved out, bitterly cold temperatures and biting winds have moved in.Philly is currently under a Code Blue alert.

Monmouth County is calling a “Code Blue” alert as temperatures drop throughout the area. As of Tuesday morning, the alert is set to last until Thursday at 9 a.m. “Code Blue” is put in place when temperatures drop below freezing (32 F) and conditions pose a threat to unsheltered individuals.
