A man who was once a prime person of interest in the Delphi double murder case made a detailed confession to the killings while in prison, according to a new court filing from Richard Allen's defense ...

The supposed confession was made by Ron Logan who owned the property where the girls' bodies were found on Feb. 14, 2017.
