Minnesota Gov. Tim Walz said during a podcast with The New Yorker that he would "certainly consider" a run for president in 2028.

In an interview with The New Yorker magazine, the second-term DFL governor also accused President Donald Trump of “building an authoritarian government.”

Describing his friendship with Harris as "professional," Walz said the two have spoke only "a couple times" since November.
