In this Instructable, I will show how I make a DIY LED Dot Matrix Scrolling Display using Arduino as MCU. This kind of displays featured on Railway Station, Bus Station, Streets, and many more places.

48x8 SCROLLING MATRIX LED DISPLAY USING ARDUINO CONTROLLER: A monochrome (single colour) LED dot matrix display is used for displaying the Characters and Symbols which is interface with a microcontroller.

This is my first Instructable and it's all about making a 48 x 8 Programmable Scrolling LED Matrix using an Arduino Uno and 74HC595 shift registers. This was my first project with an Arduino development board.
