First of course, open Roblox Studio. This step is VERY important! Be sure to enter the place you want your walkthrough brick/part. So you're gonna get the model or the part out on your baseplate. For the tutorial, I'll just use a normal part.

You do need to provide a position within the parentheses so the npc knows where to walk to. If you want to use a part as kind of a waypoint, then you would define the part and use it’s position in the parentheses.

Apr 24, 2019 · If your model consists of meshes, the mesh’s part may be small, while the mesh’s scale is still large. If it’s full of unions, the collision settings might be a bit weird. For next time, you should maybe send a gif of you walking through it, or a picture of the settings of the model, or just send the file of the model.

May 30, 2020 · I have scripted this and put it where it belongs and it should make people’s heads walk through, but it doesn’t it makes everything else walkthrough but not the head. How can I fix this?

Mar 15, 2025 · That's easy to fix: select all the parts in your model. Don't just select your model, but select all the parts. Then, go to the "Model" tab, and click "Collisions." That should allow the models to collide. If you want to allow players to walk through your model, select your model, go to the "Properties" section, and click "CanCollide."
