When I print a page in Excel, even if it has gridline, it dows not print the border. I have set borders at top, bottom and sided in Format/styles This thread is locked.

Determine your printer's minimum margin requirements the calculate your margins large enough to accommodate the additional width of the style of Border you're using.

There is a bottom border seen. I added a row in the above so the page break falls on the bottom border of that same cell but now it does not show the bottom border in attachment 2.

Oct 26, 2013 · We have an end-user running Office 2013 on a Windows 8 computer. She has a problem with border lines in a spreadsheet in a workbook. One of her spreadsheets is just fine. The other, however, is missing one vertical and one horizontal border lines. When she prints, no border lines on this spreadsheet will print.

To the right of the gallery you will see a button for borders. Choose no border. Then, under the layout subtab on the left is button for viewing gridlines. Note: This is NOT the same as the gridlines that you can check under the View tab!

I've printed a spreadsheet fine with no problems, gone back to fix a typo in one cell minutes later, and had it then print without any of the borders, even though the borders always appear in the print preview.

I have recently converted from Office 2010 to Online 365. Documents that previously printed fine using Office 2010 are not not printing border lines in Office 365 Excel. I'm not referring to the gridlines in Excel. I'm specifically speaking about cells that have borders around them.
