Both are not so versatile against majority of Cynthia's team as Pelipper is. Jul 7, 2023 · Garchomp is a pseudo legendary and therefore one of the strongest Pokémon in the game. However, IMO, Gible and Gabite are awful and mediocre, respectively. It’s tough training them up to level 48 to get your Garchomp, and they pretty much have to be over-leveled at every stage to be useful until you get the final evolution.
