I do know that there was a plastic grille for 72, but have also seen a chrome metal grill in catalogs also fo a 72. Which one is correct and is it a sin to have the wrong type of grille as they can be difficult to get for a 72

Jul 20, 2021 · I'm looking to confirm the fitting dimensions and hose length for a clutch hose on a 72 MGB. I did a bit of a search on here re what is the correct size fittings but want to confirm my findings as i ended up with i consistent information. I believe the hose length is 220mm flange to flange. But others have said its 10" which is considerably longer.

Jan 19, 2024 · Where should I start checking? The MO is the same - belt is fine then squeeling then 15m later belt snaps. I think my last belt might have lasted 200miles or less. In the upside I am quite efficient at fitting them now and should I ever come across another MGB in need of a fan belt I carry two with me. I don’t think the pulleys look rough either.
