AS350 B3e is a high performance, single engine, light helicopter manufactured by Eurocopter. The AS350 B3e helicopter, developed as a variant of the AS350 B3, is the latest member of the Ecureuil family. The new variant is designed for operations in a wide range of missions, temperatures and geographies.

On 10 June 2012, an AS350 B3e [118] belonging to the Kenya Police Air Wing crashed in Kibiku area in Ngong Forest, west of Nairobi, Kenya, killing at least six people, including Kenya's Interior Security Minister George Saitoti and his deputy Orwa Ojode.
