You SHOULD use that pre workout if you do, or during, as the beta alanine is really only efficient for the buffering of lactic acid (hindering the burning feeling to be frank). It’s not necessary but very good for anything involving endurance. Take 5g of creatine. Skip any loading phase BS.

Mar 13, 2020 · Everytime I start taking beta alanine I get a ton of energy but it drastically reduces my quality and duration of sleep. I start waking up after 4-5 hours and feel too awake to get back to sleep. I only take less than a gram a day too; in the morning.
