The BMW 327 is a medium-sized touring coupé produced by BMW between 1937 and 1941, [1] and again produced after 1945. It sat on a shortened version of the BMW 326 chassis.

BMW introduced their 327 in 1937. A series of grand tourers, the 327 was available as a coupe or cabriolet. Built on a shortened BMW 326 frame, the 327 was powered by a BMW's 1.9L M78 straight six engine.

Oct 16, 2024 · The BMW 327 is a mid-size grand tourer built on a shortened version of the BMW 326 chassis. It was produced in 1937-1941 and 1945-1952 in Germany. The first 327 was launched in 1937 as a 2-door convertible.

The 327 Coupe featured a body-on-frame bodywork, with a revised front suspension from the previous BMW 326 and a rear live-axle that was also used for the 328 roadsters.
