I mean really, even the old logo (and many other logos dating back decades) was pretty minimalist itself. 3 flat colors, very basic shapes. Simplistic font in all-caps. But it had some uniqueness and creativity behind it. It even had meaning! It was distinctively Bandai Namco's logo. The new one is bland, uncreative, uninteresting, uninspired.
