The second Bizarro is a defective clone of Superman. After escaping, he joined Red Hood 's Outlaws. This unnamed clone was one of many created by Lex Luthor to recreate the original Bizarro, however after subjects B-04 and B-05 failed, Lex decided to discard all of them.
