Whilst I am sure there are some / many 3-3-3 787s that might be more enjoyable to fly on than some / many 3-4-3 777s - the only 3-4-3 777 I flew on was with EK - the only 3-3-3 787 I flew on was with UA - and - the verdict - I would fly on an EK 777 with 3-4-3 over a UA 787 with 3-3-3 any day of the week, especially for longhaul.
