William P. Fralic Jr. (/ ˈfreɪlɪk / FRAY-lik; [1] October 31, 1962 – December 13, 2018) was an American professional football player who was a guard for the Atlanta Falcons and Detroit Lions of the National Football League (NFL) from 1985 to 1993. He played college football for the Pittsburgh Panthers.

A four-year starter at offensive tackle for Pittsburgh from 1981-84, Bill Fralic earned First Team All-America status three times from 1982 to 84, including as a unanimous selection the last two years. Fralic became the first offensive lineman to twice finish in the top 10 of the Heisman Trophy balloting, placing sixth in 1984 and eighth in 1983.
