Sep 6, 2022 · I’ve got the Sigma and on the SL2 it works pretty well.. af performance isn’t amazing, and sometimes i feel the look of the lenses isn’t quite right.. i think this is partially realising how much better the leica glass is, and partially lenses that weren’t designed for a system not performing their best.

Dec 21, 2019 · The only problem with Canon EF lenses mounted on the SL2 via the MC-21 is that you cannot decouple the AF from the shutter release. If you put the lens in manual mode on the lens barrel, the BBF doesn’t work. The AF is very precise but a bit slow. Edited December 21, 2019 by Leicaiste
