Jul 20, 2017 · When I press the colon key (shift+semicolon) the section character (ASCII 167) is displayed. When I backspace, the colon key appears. This does not happen on any other application (including Outlook & Excel) on the Windows 10 PC nor on any of the other 15 workstations on the network. Windows 10 is current. All drivers are current.

I know the key works because in the password screen the semicolon key somehow works, just not in the actual windows.
