EPIPEN ® and EPIPEN JR ® Auto-Injectors are used to treat life-threatening, allergic emergencies in people who are at risk for or have a history of serious allergic emergencies. EPIPEN and EPIPEN JR are for immediate administration by you or your caregiver. They do not take the place of emergency medical care.
EpiPen and EpiPen Jr Auto Injector. • EpiPen and EpiPen Jr Auto-Injector are for people who have been prescribed this medication by their healthcare provider. • The EpiPen Auto-Injector (0.3 mg) is for patients who weigh 66 pounds or more (30 kilograms or more). • The EpiPen Jr Auto-Injector (0.15 mg) is for patients who weigh about 33 to 66
