Eto & Luna (Winter) are a Partner in Arcaea, and a variant of Eto and Luna. They are available via World Mode after purchasing their signature song Empire of Winter.

The selected Partner is Eto (before first clear or after unlocking Testify) or Luna (after first clear). Eto is Level 6 or higher, or Luna is Level 10 or higher. Upon meeting the above requirements, the challenge automatically begins at the trigger time.
