Create HD map assets (2048 x 2048) that remain true to the character, style, and feel of the legacy maps, remastered in high definition. This means that while I will be redrawing the maps from scratch, if I do this right they shouldn’t look or feel too much different from the originals, which have a lot of sentimental value for many of us.

This new map provides easy access to all available map images for available HorizonXI content. Currently the map has interactive features that both help the user navigate between desired maps and increase convenience.

For reference reasons, this page will still detail which maps can be quested for players who wish to do the map quests for the maps themselves instead of Experience Points. To purchase all of the maps will cost 199,400 gil. To omit the three Shadowreign zone maps will cost only 109,400 gil.

This map can be accessed in-game by typing /besiegemap (/bmap) or selecting Besieged Info from the menu.

A collection of modified DAT files for FFXI that show additional details on the in-game maps, including: Zone exits/entrances; Unmapped areas; Blocked paths; NM spawn locations; Quest locations; Head over to releases for the latest bundle, or pick and choose the dats from the roms directory! Note: This is a work in progress.

We also have made some fixes to the maps in map pack 1, driven by our own testing but most importantly by YOU. We’ve gotten lots of feedback from you all on fixes for maps and we’ve implemented them!
