The Farplane is a location in the world of Spira in Final Fantasy X and Final Fantasy X-2. An underworld, it is a gathering place for the dead. Spirits enter the Farplane either after they have been sent by one like a summoner or a sender, or after they have accepted their death.

May 6, 2024 · When you are ready to travel to the Farplane, talk to Brother on the airship. He will give you a set of locations in which you can enter the Farplane. The location you choose affects the path and treasures you find along the way.

Primarily, Farplane Winds are used to protect against, and inflict, instant death attacks. They can customize Deathstrike on weapons and Deathproof onto armor. Here’s how these abilities work: Using a Farplane Wind with the “Use” command casts the Death spell on all enemies on the field.

Exploring the Guado homeworld, Maester Seymour’s mansion and the Farplane. You can pick up the Venus Crest for Lulu’s Celestial Weapon, the Onion Knight. Travel back into the Farplane and you will find a treasure chest on the left side of the screen. Open it to receive the Crest.

Farplane Shadows can be used to cast Death on a single enemy in battle. They can also be used to customize Deathward on armor, and Death Touch on weapons. Here’s how these work:

If you've breezed through the game and didn't hear whistling on your first visit to the Farplane Glen then you will receive the Common Ending. To get the good ending you'll need to do something after you've beat Shuyin. You'll be standing in the Farplane Glen and you'll need to press the X button.

The entrance to the Farplane can be found on the top-most level of Guadosalam. Follow the pathway along to meet up with your team again. Road to Farplane. Search the area on the left side of the screen for a treasure chest. Open it to obtain eight Lightning Marbles. Move ahead through the hallway and follow the path through to the Farplane.
