HK45c - My least favorite HK so far | HKPRO Forums
Mar 10, 2022 · I own the HK45C and the USPC.45. There are pros and cons with both to me. Both of mine are LEM V7. I like the trigger slightly better on the USPC, I like the grip and easy of carry of the HK45C. The recoil impulse to “me” is slightly better on the USPC but I for some reason(I think grip size) shoot the HK45C better.
For Carry: HK45C vs HK USP compact in .45 | HKPRO Forums
Apr 26, 2009 · The HK45C is essentially the same gun, but with a standard rail as opposed to the HK proprietary rail, a different grip (with removeable grip panels), and an ambidextrous slide release. The slides are a little different (not much), with the USPc slide seeming to me a little beefier and the HK45C slide a bit more streamlined.
Review: HK45, HK45C, and P30 | HKPRO Forums
Mar 25, 2008 · The HK45C grip is very similar to the one found on the current USP Compact line, albeit with interchangeable back straps. But are these new grips such an improvement that shooters should absorb switching costs to bring this into their gun wardrobe? The slides on the new HK45, HK45C, and P30 feature a smooth profile and front serrations, to boot.
Hk45c slide milling - HKPRO Forums
Aug 5, 2020 · Hello! I’m new to the HK forums and the gun world. I have recently purchased a HK45ct and have heard of certain versions of the gun where the slide cannot be milledto fit an optic (i.e trijicon rmr, holosun 508). Hk45 VS HK45C - HKPRO Forums
Mar 22, 2019 · Not worse, but different. The factory HK45c grip is slippier because the grip pattern is less aggressive and thinner (no palm swells) than the HK45 and P30. It takes more time and effort to master the grip to maintain a firm no-slip hold shot-to-shot. But of course, you can always buy and Talon grip or a Hogue Handall to make the grip better.
HK45c Hammer Spring: Quick Question | HKPRO Forums
Jun 5, 2013 · Hi all, So I know the standard hammer spring on a DA/SA USP is 14 lb., as is the DA/SA P2000. I also have heard the DA/SA HK45 has a 12 lb. spring. Typically I replace the hammer springs on my P2000s with 12 lb. Wolff springs. Surprise surprise. I cut down a 12 lb. Wolff spring for the...
Buying a HK45c... LEM or DA/SA? - HKPRO Forums
Nov 18, 2010 · BTW finding an HK45C LEM is very difficult. All are imported as V1 and converted by HKI in Columbus GA. Just get a V1 and the LEM "kit" and spend 30 minutes at your kitchen table with the easy conversion. My factory HK45C was heavy LEM so I had to do the spring swap. Very easy.-- Chuck
USP Compact .40 vs. HK45C | HKPRO Forums
Sep 11, 2019 · The grip on the HK45C is longer, front to back, than on the USPc40. It is slick, like the P2000, and lacks significant texturing. This can be solved with 3M Deck Tape, or the like.
