This only works if you have Oculus Headset and it's linked to your PC and active when starting Roblox in the internet browser. I've even done a fresh win 10 installed the whole thing from scratch to try and recreate the issue but the Roblox VR option was there straight away. I’ve never played Roblox in my life, but as a dev I can tell you for certain that the Roblox client is the one deciding to try to launch in VR mode because it’s detecting the Oculus service. So their own (Roblox’s) code is written in an obtuse way to detect whether or not to run in VR. It’s a Roblox bug, and they’re not owning up to it.
