Jan 2, 2019 · I have a HyperX Cloud Alpha headset too, when I was busy doing something else I randomly heard a loud static noise coming somewhere from my setup, when I figured out it was my headset I tried turning it off and turning it back on but it didn't work, whenever audio plays on my computer, all I hear is the loud static noise.

Jun 2, 2021 · whenever ngenuity is open, the profile selection button doesn't work. i close it, and the button works as intended. its so dumb, hyperx really need to either enable the button while the app is open, or at least give us the option to disable/enable. its counterintuitive.

Sep 2, 2023 · Cloud alpha wireless $149 CAD. why? comfortness and battery life 300 hours, we can get only on hyperx steelseries arctis nova 7x/7/7P $159 CAD. why? it does have connectivity like bluetooth, wired, usb dongle connectivity, and bluetooth and usb dongle are simultaneous, you can pick calls while gaming, consider phone is connected over bluetooth.
