The 540/840 already have maps, you can search for the point you want directly on them. Integration with the explore app would be nice but the routing on the cycling devices itself is already superior. With the 840's touchscreen its pretty fast to use the map/navigation stuff, it's the only reason why I ended up getting the 840 over the 540.

I've got 530 and unless you're going to be adjusting maps constantly, just get the non-touch screen. Pressing the buttons isn't an issue at all. However, it is a pain to move the map around, but not £100 worth for an upgrade (it was about that when I bought my 530).

May 6, 2024 · I had the 530 for a while and that one was fine. Navigating around the map with just buttons was a pain, but every other part of the interface worked fine. I eventually upgraded to the 840. The 840 has all the same buttons the 540 has, plus touchscreen (the 830 only had the bare minimum physical buttons, so you had no choice but to use the screen).

Mar 16, 2024 · Can you buy the 540 invitational as an add on?Bought the standard edition with the intention of getting the park if I liked the game but it seems like I have to buy the whole game again to get it. Really frustrating if that’s the case.
