SKF Enlight Collect IMx-1 is a scalable mesh sensor network for automated predictive maintenance

SKF Enlight Collect IMx-1 system consist of an autonomous battery powered wireless vibration and temperature sensor, a line powered communication and network manager gateway, an host software for data trending visualization and analysis and a mobile phone app for sensor and gateway commissioning.

Mars-C II (IMX662) is a planetary camera developed by Player One Astronomy, which adopts the newest Sony IMX662 1/2.8” format sensor. The 2.9um pixel size accommodates a well depth of 54ke with a total of 2.1MP (the resolution is 1936*1100), and the diagonal is 6.44 mm.

ZEUS 455M Pro cooled camera is developed by Player One Astronomy, it’s design for advanced DSO imaging. it adopts Sony Industrial grade IMX455ALK-K full-frame format monochrome sensor. The 3.76um pixel size accommodates a well depth of 71.6Ke with a total of 61MP (the resolution is 9576*6388) , and the diagonal is 43.3mm .

Easy to install and battery powered, the IMx-1 sensors form a scalable network to collect a range of health data from your rotating assets. Large volumes of plant asset data can then be automatically interpreted by SKF Enlight AI machine learning and expert fault verification systems.

SKF Enlight Collect Gateway Support for TTL speed/phase, and external antenna input, not yet activated. Mobile Host not yet activated.
