Joy Beune (born 28 April 1999) is a Dutch allround speed skater who specialises in the middle distances. Beune won the silver medal at the 2017 World Junior Speed Skating Championships in Warsaw. The following year, at the 2018 World Junior Speed Skating Championships in Utah, she became junior world champion.

Dutch athlete and speedskater who has won gold medals in 1000m, 1500m and 3000m events. In the year 2018, she became junior world champion. She has amassed more than 300,000 followers on her joybeune Instagram account. She started skating when she was just nine years old. She was a member of Team LottoNL-Jumbo and Team IKO.
