Jan 12, 2019 · Dont know of anyone who does builds, but you may ask on weaponsguild. Only builder I've ever seen do them is MK gun mods. Kits are ridiculous now, 700-900. I scored that parts kit with all semi components ready to build for $400 a few years back

Dec 19, 2022 · I am looking for a replacement magazine for an early Ruger Standard pistol. I know that MkII magazines will work after moving the follower button, but I see no visible difference between any of the Mk series mag bodies (except the 22/45).

Jan 20, 2025 · I was pondering buying a jakyl kit and by the time I had the upper and lower jakyl kit in my cart it was almost as much as the complete gun. For some reason the short barrel was substantially cheaper. I think I'll wait for the new version to come out now. I'm interested in the vuk, 308, and 9mm versions as well.

Dec 8, 2023 · The Ruger Mk I, and Mk II in their 5 1/2” Target or 6 7/8” Target forms, and in particular the Mk II Government Model Target are also very capable Bullseye guns that can be had for 1/2 to 1/3 rd the money as a S&W 41. The Mk I lacks an automatic bolt hold open but it’s not a big deal if you can count.

Oct 3, 2019 · Used to have a lot of fun with these in the gun club; back in about '82 or so, most club shooters would have a Sten or two as a range toy....usually a Mk.II or Mk.III (less common to see) I could assemble & strip a Mk.II at the age of 17 better than most folk that used them in anger. The Mk.II was a cracking design with a lot going for it.

Oct 17, 2010 · Check gun show tables closely. I have purchased probably a couple of dozen pen flares over the last 4 or 5 years at gun shows in the Hampton Roads, Virginia area. I even picked up a genuine issue pen flare gun complete with the MK 80 pen flares in their original bandoleer's.
