Kingdom of the Flies, also known as Episode 51 and the Phantom Episode, is a mission that was not included in the released version of Metal Gear Solid V: The Phantom Pain due to time constraints. Footage of incomplete cutscenes and concept art for this mission are shown in a bonus Blu-ray disc included with the Collector's Edition of the game.

Jun 8, 2019 · If you are trying to unlock Mission 46 you have to do all of the missions and side missions as well as listen to all of the audio logs that are highlighted in yellow. To unlock the final story mission, you need to listen to all the yellow cassettes as well.

There's a world of difference between the game's timeline addressing what happened to Eli next ("Eli establishes his Kingdom of the Flies in Africa") and what actually happens in Episode 51.
