Jan 13, 2015 · First thing first: Did you remember to get the free HD dlc? Second: Do you have enough memory to actually enable those textures? You need 8GB of system RAM and 6GB of dedicated video RAM. If you've made sure to fulfill both of those, you should be able to set your Textures to Ultra in the Advanced part of the Options menu.
