The tram is manual- and power-driven wheelchair accessible. Each tram can accommodate one wheelchair. Every effort will be made to accommodate groups of wheelchair users. Trams cannot accommodate three- and four-wheeled scooters or other power-driven mobility devices.

Nov 1, 2023 · There’s a free tram tour. If you buy the All Garden Pass, which gives you access to the grounds and conservatory, you also get access to the Garden Tram Tour. It’s basically a hop-on, hop-off shuttle that takes you around the garden.
