Oct 14, 2024 · New Registration Procedures for Cork and Limerick The Minister for Justice, Helen McEntee, announced that the procedure for registrations and renewals of immigration permissions for those residing in counties Cork and Limerick is changing.

In May 2000, Nasc opened its doors for the first time. The headquarters, located at St. Marie’s of the Isle, Bishops Street, Cork quickly established itself as an important focal point in the lives of migrants seeking independent and trustworthy advice.

Nasc are delighted to announce that we are launching our report on integration in Cork City on Thursday 29th September 2022. We are Cork: Stories from a Diverse City features interviews with twenty-four participants originally from eighteen countries across the world.

Stop the Silence: A Snapshot of Racism in Cork (2012) | nasc
As part of the research for the report, Nasc also conducted a ‘snapshot’ survey on racism in Cork which was used to get a sense for people’s attitudes to and experiences of racism in Cork. The report was launched by GAA star Seán Óg Ó hAilpín on 27th November 2012.
