OGA Members are provided easy-to-use handicapping resources through the USGA's Golf Handicap Information Network (commonly referred to as GHIN). To post scores and lookup golfers on GHIN.com or the GHIN app, OGA Members must first establish a password.

To obtain a Handicap Index® and GHIN number you must first join an OGA Member Club, either online or in person at your local club. A golf club is simply an organized group of at least 10 individuals at a golf course facility (public, private or resort) or via a business, fraternal, ethnic or social organization.

Handicap & Course Rating - Help Center - OGA
I'm just establishing my handicap and it seems really low. Why? My Handicap Index has a red indicator by it and says it's been capped. What does this mean? I notice one of my scores has an E by it and there are adjustments showing of -1 and -2. What happened? What are examples of scores that are not acceptable for handicap purposes?
