Tatsumi Oga (男鹿 辰巳 , Oga Tatsumi) is the main male protagonist of the series Beelzebub and he's a first-year student at Ishiyama High School. He's the adoptive father of the Demons, Beelzebub IV, and his younger sister, Nico. Early on, he attempted to pass Beel off to others on numerous occasions since unknowingly forming a contract with him.

Ishiyama High is a school populated entirely by delinquents, where nonstop violence and lawlessness are the norm. However, there is one universally acknowledged rule—don't cross first year student Tatsumi Oga, Ishiyama's most vicious fighter. One day, Oga is by a riverbed when he encounters a man floating down the river.

The story follows Tatsumi Oga, who is a first year student at a school for juvenile delinquents called Ishiyama High. The story starts with Oga telling his best friend, Takayuki Furuichi, the strange story of how he found a baby.
