Javascript engine for 3D brain model (used by RAVE project)
This repository contains a JavaScript engine for visualizing 3D brain models via modern web browsers (with WebGL2 support). The key features include: The data configuration files are currently generated by the R package threeBrain. Python package threebrainpy is also under active development. Please see "Roadmap" for details.
Open Source Brain
Open Source Brain is a resource for sharing data and analysis techniques in neuroscience and collaboratively developing computational models of neural systems. Understanding the brain will require gathering and analyzing a huge amount of data on the structure and dynamics of its parts.
BrainBrowser v2.5.2
BrainBrowser is an open source JavaScript library exposing a set of WebGL and HTML5 3D visualization tools for neuroimaging data.

Open Source Brain — Open Source Brain Documentation
The Open Source Brain (OSB) initiative develops web based infrastructure for collaborative, open neuroscience research. There are currently two versions of the OSB platform and associated tools. You can learn about both these versions here in this documentation.
Getting started with OSB — Open Source Brain Documentation
There are currently two versions of OSB: OSBv1, and the new version that is under active development, OSBv2. OSBv1 is a web platform for sharing, viewing, analysing, and simulating models standardized in the NeuroML 2 format from different brain regions and species. This is the version described in detail in Gleeson et al. 2019.
