Once you enable 2-Step Verification by Authenticator App, you will be asked to enter a code every time that you log in with your password or login with Email OTP.

For myself, I just accidentally uninstall MS Authenticator app on my old phone, and forgot to generate backup codes or disable 2FA on my Roblox account before link it on the new phone.

I double checked that the clock time on her phone & desktop are in sync. EDIT: This is definitely a Microsoft Authenticator issue with Roblox. Setting up Google Authenticator worked immediately.
